The Herbalife Lifestyle Change
Herbalife isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change. It's about changing your way of thinking about food and your body.
There are no rules with Herbalife, no calorie counting, no portion control, no sin scheme...that's why it worked for me and millions more!
There is no 30 minute preparation time, or trying to find ingredients in a supermarket that you've never heard of let alone know what aisle they would be down!!!
I have to admit I was sceptical...how can a shake replace two of my meals a day and prevent me from feeling hungry or from picking & grazing?! I wasn't sold if I'm honest.
Every other meal replacement/protein shake I had tried came in 3 tedious flavours (the classic Vanilla, Chocolate & Strawberry) that resembled a processed, powdery milkshake.
My husband has a professional athlete background and I had watched him gain great results from the '24' Herbalife range and so I wondered what I had to lose.
It was a typical 'I'll start Monday' moment, and I did...and have never looked back!
I was pleasantly surprised at how much it filled me up & curbed my picking. I suddenly stopped finishing the kids left overs, I wasn't craving stodgy, fatty foods. The protein in the shakes (apparently) was filling me up so there was no need to get my fast food fix. I started snacking mid morning & mid afternoon on nuts, fruit or fat free yogurt and within 10 days I had lost inches as well as weight & most importantly body fat. I began feeling less tired & had far more energy. I just felt...well...better!
Within weeks my results were excelling and I started get compliments on how good I looked and that really spurred me on. Friends began asking how they could get hold of Herbalife products and how they wanted to see what all the hype was about.
That is where the next part of my journey unfolded.
