I have decided to post a before and after picture to show you my personal results from using Herbalife.
The above pictures were taken around 8 weeks apart...on the left I weighed 11 stone 3lbs (153lb) and on the right I weighed 9 stone 7lbs (133lb). I have since dropped to 9 stone and am now on a programme to maintain this weight as I have never felt so healthy & happy.
It wasn't just about the weight, it was about being happy in myself too. Just from these two pictures you can see how much my confidence and self esteem has grown.
